Engr Folorunso Afolabi Chairman
Afolabi Abiodun Folorunso (FNSE, MSPE D.SC) is a highly professional and competent Petroleum Engineer, with almost 30 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.
He received a B.SC. Degree in Chemical Engineering (Shell, State and Federal Government Scholar) from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and a PGD in Petroleum Engineering, Herriot Watt University, A honorary Doctor of Science – from European American University. Afolabi has published several technical papers on various subjects.
He is the Chairman of Getoil Integrated and act MD of Tulcan Energy E & P Company Ltd, a newly formed fast growing Production and Exploration subsidiary of Tulcan Energy Resources; before this new role, he was the Managing Director, Seplat West Ltd., of Seplat Petroleum Development Plc. While he was the Managing Director of Seplat’s Western Asset, he championed improved cultural changes, produced water management and in-field disposal, heavy oil development, Field development studies, lean well delivery process, asset integrity management for life extension of ageing fields with over 40 years of production, vigorous flare out strategy execution with over 150MMSCF/d of operational and installation-ready compression horsepower and alternate crude evacuation strategies to stay ahead of repeated trunk line outages.
Engr Afolabi also worked for 8years in Shell Petroleum as a Senior Production Tech. and as District Engineer for 8 years in BJ Pumping Services in Nigeria and the UK. He also worked as a Petroleum specialist for Saudi Aramco in 2012.

experience. A graduate of the Federal School of Fisheries and Marine
Technology, Olatunbosun specialises in managing complex logistics, procurement,
and the strategic mobilisation of personnel and equipment across multiple
locations.
With a Class 3 Marine Engineer Certificate and advanced HSE training, he combines technical engineering proficiency with strategic business acumen. An alumnus of the Foundation’s Emerging Entrepreneur Program, Olatunbosun is a dedicated leader focused on driving operational efficiency, safety, and long-term organisational growth.

Michael Williams is a seasoned Operations Manager at Get Oil Integrated Company with over 25 years of experience in chemical engineering and project management. A graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, he specialises in optimising oil and gas production through expertise in well tubing design, gaslift calibration, and wellhead operations. Michael combines technical proficiency in AutoCAD and HSE protocols with a strong commercial background in business development. He is a results-driven leader dedicated to increasing revenue and profitability by managing complex logistics and vendor relations. His commitment to excellence is further demonstrated through his focus on field safety and the continuous professional mentorship of his operational teams
Joel Mohammed

Head, Wellheard Maintenance
As the Lead of Wellhead Maintenance at GET-OIL Integrated Company, this dedicated professional brings over 12 years of specialised field experience to the operations team. Since 2014, he has maintained an impeccable safety record of zero Lost Time Injuries (LTI) while managing complex well-securing operations and integrity testing. His deep technical expertise covers the repair and maintenance of industry-standard Christmas trees and flow control systems, including systems from Cameron, Vetco Gray, and FMC.
A Mechanical Engineering graduate from Rivers State Polytechnic, he holds an IWCF Well Control Level 4 certification and advanced HSE qualifications. His background includes significant experience in wellhead installations, pressure testing, and well commissioning. Combining rigorous technical reporting with hands-on expertise in subsurface flow, he ensures operational excellence and safety through the design of multi-barrier well-securing protocols and the training of field personnel.
